How do you change the exalted bar on the Interface?

I’ve love to know how to change the exalted bar on the Interface. Mine is stuck on Undercity and I was hoping to add my new Guild or the reputation points for the Bilgewater Cartel. Anyone know? Thanks!

    My son told me (I know, sad). Press U while in WoW then find the right group and change the setting. He knows everything WoW now. Sigh. Thanks RP
